Rachel Cohn is the Marketing Director for Commerce and Performance at Meta. Prior to this, she was Group Director on Facebook’s Global Partnerships Team, helping global brands and their agencies grow their business by understanding marketing in a digital world. Before Meta, Rachel led health and wellness innovation and communication for Nabisco’s $2BN U.S. cracker portfolio. Rachel has also worked in business development at NBC Internet and as an investment banker for technology, consumer products, and retail clients at Lehman Brothers.
Rachel is a collaborative change agent, focused on cultivating a culture of innovation, and she’s inspired by the changing ways that people connect with each other and with the brands they love.
Industry recognition includes Working Mother Magazine Working Mother of the Year, United Nations Leadership Council: Media 4 Social Impact, One Young World Ambassador, She Runs It Mentor and Industry Notable, Industry and Bob McDonald U.S. Military Academy Cadet Leadership Senior Fellow.
Rachel serves on the Board of Directors for the Westport Public Arts Collection and on the Alumnae Board of The Spence School in New York. She studied Art and Economics at Williams College, and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Rachel lives with her husband and 3 children in Connecticut.
