Simge Döngel, who graduated from Boğaziçi University's Department of International Relations and Political Science in 2013, began her marketing career in 2012 at Henkel. Within Henkel's Laundry and Home Care business unit, she took on various roles in the marketing department in Turkey between 2012 and 2019. In 2019, she assumed the role of Regional Marketing Manager for the Middle East and Africa, overseeing four different categories and seven countries from Dubai. In December 2020, due to her interest in the skincare category, she joined L'Oréal Turkey's Dermatological Beauty division as Group Product Manager. In 2021, Simge Döngel transitioned to the role of Marketing Leader for the Vichy brand. Leading one of the brand's most significant product launches in recent years, she and her team made substantial contributions to establishing Vichy's presence and image in the anti-aging category worldwide. As of May 2022, she continues her career as Vichy Marketing Manager.
