Meltem Bakiler Şahin serves as the Consumer Business Unit Director at Vodafone Türkiye. Şahin oversees the management of the company’s consumer sales and marketing activities, with her areas of responsibility including retail and digital channels, marketing, and fintech.

She joined the Vodafone Türkiye family in 2017 and held the position of Director of the Vodafone Business Unit until 2020.

Before Vodafone, she gained experience in the telecommunications sector, working at companies such as Millenicom, Turkcell, and Sony Ericsson.

Şahin also serves as a Board Member of the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Türkiye (TEGV) and as Vice Chair of the Vodafone Türkiye Foundation.
