He is a graduate of the Department of Economics at Hacettepe University in Ankara. He completed his Master's degree in Marketing at Çukurova University and the Turquality MBA program at Sabancı University.

He began his career at Arçelik A.Ş. in 2003 as a Sales Manager in Adana and continued his professional journey in the Marketing department in Istanbul in 2008. In 2010, he assumed the role of Turkey White Goods Marketing Manager, and since the beginning of 2015, he has been serving as the Senior Marketing Director for Turkey. Additionally, since September 2012, he has been working as a Lecturer at Istanbul University. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Advertisers Association and the Turkish White Goods Manufacturers Association and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Natural Gas Manufacturers Association.
