Biography


Kyle is a respected executive and security consultant who served 33 years in the government as an FBI Special Agent, U.S. Army officer and West Point graduate. 

For 24 years he protected people and assets at numerous National Security Special Events (NSSEs) as an FBI senior executive serving at multiple FBI offices. He retired as Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) in the Bureau's fourth-largest field office, Miami.

Presents on grit, leadership, and communication/negotiation philosophies, anchored with moving first-hand accounts from 33 years of distinguished government service on two unique National level assets; the FBI Crisis Negotiation Unit (CNU); and the Department of Justice’s elite counterterrorism unit, the FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT).

Deployed on hundreds of high-risk missions domestically as well as overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan, and twenty other countries, including China, Qatar, Kenya, South Korea, and Peru. At CNU negotiated with kidnappers, pirates, and the Boston Marathon bomber who I persuaded to peacefully surrender.

A respected security consultant with extensive experience in complex law enforcement, US government, and global security environments.

Over three decades conducting risk assessments, preparing and leading critical incident response planning, performing insider threat investigations, and successfully mitigating risk to companies.
