İlke Çarkçı Toptaş has been appointed as the Commercial Director of META Turkey in 2020, to lead the company’s Business operation in Turkey. She is based in London and also a member of META EMEA Ecosystem Leadership community as she is very passionate about ecosystem development and partner enablement. Prior to Facebook she has served as the VP of Business Development for the top digital media platforms in Turkey. She is an alumnus of Istanbul University and UC Berkeley. Toptaş, used to be a professional basketball player representing Turkey’s National Women Basketball Team and a National Gold Medalist.
