Erdal Kiraz graduated from the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Marmara University in 2004 and completed his master's degree in Diplomatic Relations at the University of Westminster, London, in 2006. He began his career at Turkcell, working as a Regulation & Risk Consolidation Specialist and an Inter-Operator Relations Specialist from 2007 to 2010.

From 2010 to 2017, he held various positions at The Coca Cola Company, including Corporate Relations Manager (Turkey, Caucasus, and Central Asia), Corporate Relations & Sustainability Manager (Turkey, Caucasus, and Central Asia), and Corporate Relations & Internal Communications Manager (Turkey, Caucasus, and Central Asia).

In 2017, Kiraz joined Vodafone, serving as Senior Regulation Manager from 2017 to 2020 and as Director of Public Policy and Corporate Relations from 2020 to 2022. Since 2022, Erdal Kiraz has been working as the Director of Corporate Relations at AstraZeneca Turkey.
