Engin Aksoy joined the Vodafone Turkey family in 2008. After holding various managerial positions, he became a Member of the Executive Committee in 2012 and served as the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee responsible for Corporate and Individual Business Units. Since February 2021, he has been serving as the CEO of Vodafone Turkey.

Before joining Vodafone Turkey, Aksoy was a Member of the Executive Committee at Nike Turkey from 2000 to 2006 and served as the Category Sales Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Nike B.V. EMEA regional headquarters from 2006 to 2008. He began his career at Coca-Cola İçecek in 1994 and then worked as Regional Sales Manager at Michelin from 1997 to 2000.

Aksoy is the Chairman of the Board of YASED (International Investors Association) and a board member of M-TOD (Mobile Telecommunications Operators Association), Endeavour Turkey, DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board), and TÜSİAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association).

He graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in English Economics and holds diplomas in Marketing from Oxford Business College and in Exponential Growth from Singularity University.
