She graduated from Bahçeşehir University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences in 2011. In 2012, she completed a double major in Sociology at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences of the same university. She obtained her Master's degree in Sociology (European Societies) from Freie Universität Berlin in 2015.
From 2012 to 2013, she worked as a research assistant at the Economic and Social Research Center of Bahçeşehir University, participating in field studies for the Turkey Values Survey and the Political Elites Survey. In 2015, she was one of the editors of the book "Key Figures in Political Science in Turkey: Theory, Method, and Processes."
Starting in 2016, she served as the Program Coordinator for the Field and Volunteer Department at TEMA Foundation. Between 2021 and 2024, she held the position of Head of Projects and Corporate Partnerships. Since July 2024, she has been serving as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Field Management and Volunteering, Projects, and Corporate Partnerships.
