Ceren Acer Kezik, who holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and an MBA from Harvard University, began her professional career at McKinsey & Company in 2005. She has worked in banking, telecommunications, retail, and private investment sectors, specializing in marketing, strategy, and new business development. In October 2012, she joined Garanti BBVA, where she specialized in Retail Banking. On June 1, 2022, Kezik was appointed as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Retail Banking, overseeing Retail Banking, Digital Banking, and Payment Systems.
