Biography


Aysel Aydın completed her university education in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. She began her career as a Product Manager at Kurtsan Pharmaceuticals and served as the Marketing Manager at Toprak Paper in 1995. In 2000, she continued her role within the same group at Toprak Ceramic. Aydın, a global player in the FMCG sector, took on the role of Marketing Manager for the Hygiene Paper category in 2005, introducing brands such as Bingo, Molped, Molfix, Joly, Papia, Famila, Evony, and Sholk to consumers in nearly 100 countries through Hayat. From 2014 to 2016, she served as the Global Marketing Director for the Hygiene Paper category at Hayat. Since 2016, she has been the Executive Vice President in Charge of Strategy and Marketing, leading the strategic and marketing activities for all of Hayat's brands in Turkey as well as in South Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe markets. Supporting internal transformation projects, Aydın also led Hayat's corporate identity transformation. As a supporter of the development of the marketing and advertising ecosystem, Aydın is a member of the Advertising Management Board and defines this year as a year of flawless customer experience.
