Poyraz completed his primary, secondary, and high school education at Ankara Yükseliş College and graduated from the Faculty of Law at Selçuk University.
After graduation, he conducted academic research in Constitutional Law at the Public Law Department of Gazi University’s Institute of Social Sciences.
He completed his master's degree with a thesis titled "The Constitutional Evaluation of Organized Crime Groups within the Framework of Compliance Laws."
In addition to Constitutional Law, Poyraz specializes in transnational crimes and organized crimes. He has been practicing law for 19 years within his own law firm that he established.
