Bilbay, who has held roles in writing, creative direction, senior management, and consultancy at M.A.R.K.A., Markom Leo Burnett, Grey Worldwide Istanbul, Manajans JWT, Wunderman Thompson, and WPP, is renowned for forming winning teams and achieving long-term successful brand management. He has shared over 500 awards with his colleagues from prestigious competitions including Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, Clio’s, and LIAA, among others, some of which are still first and only achievements. He has served as a member or president in Grey's and JWT's global creative councils and nearly all juries. Currently, he is a senior consultant at WPP Turkey.
