Hande joined Volvo Cars in 2012 and has since held various positions within the Engineering and Product and Strategy divisions. She has notably contributed to cross-functional vehicle programs. Currently, as the Vehicle Product Leader for the EX90 model, she is responsible for managing the global product offering and content. Hande collaborates with a broad team to continuously enhance the user experience with the EX90 and maintain the model's appealing position within its segment.

Hande holds a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. Prior to joining Volvo Cars, she worked as a product development engineer at Ford Otosan in Turkey.
