Kerem Rızvanoğlu, who works as a faculty member at Galatasaray University's School of Communication, currently serves as the Head of the Department of Informatics at the same faculty. Since 1999, Rızvanoğlu has conducted research in the discipline of human-computer interaction, focusing on usability and user experience. He has led research projects of varying scales and published numerous articles in national and international journals. Rızvanoğlu is the author of the national book "Web for Everyone: Universal Usability and Design" and co-author with Görkem Çetin of the international book "Research and Design Innovations for Mobile User Experience Design."

As a member of the advisory board for the "International Conference of Human-Computer Interaction," one of the field's major academic events, Rızvanoğlu is also a member of the "Accessible Computing Platform." Since 2001, he has taught courses at undergraduate, graduate, and certification levels in institutions focusing on user experience, usability, and interaction design.

Additionally, Rızvanoğlu is a founding partner of Xedzone Research Consultancy, providing research, design, training, and strategic consultancy services in user experience to organizations in the digital realm for over a decade.
