Natali Kasap graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Management Information Systems and Tourism Management. She began her career in 2010 in the marketing category at Mey İçki-Diageo. In 2012, she joined Unilever as Assistant Brand Manager, where she led various categories and brands, including Clear, Omo, Magnum, Cornetto, Max, and Cif. In subsequent years, she shaped brand strategies not only in Turkey but also in Russia, Israel, Central Asia, and North African countries, implementing innovation programs.
On July 1, 2022, she was appointed as the Leader of the Beauty and Personal Care Category for Turkey, Central Asia, and Iran, in line with Unilever’s global Compass organizational restructuring.
