Biography


Chef Fatih Tutak, who was born and raised in Istanbul, delved into the depths of innovative culinary culture after discovering it with Paul Pairet, with whom he apprenticed, and working in the best kitchens in the city. He explored global cuisines in Beijing, Tokyo, Singapore, Copenhagen, Hong Kong, and Bangkok.

In Copenhagen, he worked with Rene Redzepi at Noma, which has been named the world's best restaurant multiple times by San Pellegrino-Acqua Panna The World's 50 Best Restaurants. In Tokyo, he worked with Chef Seiji Yamamoto at Nihonryori Ryugin, a renowned representative of modern Japanese cuisine with 3 Michelin stars. He also worked in the kitchen of the iconic Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

As the most recent kitchen director at The Dining Room at The House of Sathorn, he made it onto both the San Pellegrino-Acqua Panna The Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2017-2018 list and the Michelin Guide 2018-2019 list.

In 2019, he opened Turk Fatih Tutak, which was awarded 2 Michelin stars in 2022.
