Emrah Kaya managed Youth, Turkey’s first youth marketing company, for 20 years starting in 2001. In 2010, he was selected as a Global Endeavor Entrepreneur, and in 2011, he was named one of Europe’s top 10 entrepreneurs at the European Business Awards, earning the Ruban D'honneur award. In 2012, he became part of Harvard Business School’s Global Partners, where the Youtholding business model was featured in their courses.

In 2021, Emrah Kaya launched SOVITAL, aimed at creating the food form of the future, continuing his journey as the sole owner of the company with a focus on Molecular Cosmetics to enter the ranks of the world's best-selling vitamin brands. In 2023, he co-founded and invested in MARS - NeoBank, a digital banking initiative, working with his partners towards making it one of the most talked-about digital banks by 2025.

As a futurist and technology thinker, he began sharing his ideas through his book titled "Are You Ready for the Meta Human? - Metaverse." Additionally, Emrah Kaya has served as a board member of the Futurists Association for over 10 years, is part of the Board of Trustees of the Community Volunteers Foundation.
