Fadıllıoğlu's career in healthcare began in 1991 as a doctor at Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital. He transitioned to the pharmaceutical sector in 1996, joining Abbott Pharma Turkey, where he held various managerial roles for 16 years. In April 2021, he became CEO of Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceutical and Industrial Investment and Chairman of Evital, overseeing four healthcare entities with over 1,400 employees. As a founding partner of Evital, he has been instrumental in developing a digital healthcare ecosystem that offers personalized solutions for comprehensive health management. With over 25 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, vaccines, medical devices, nutrition, and diagnostics in multiple regions, Fadıllıoğlu is known for his strategic leadership in organizational growth through acquisitions and partnerships. He also serves on the Board of Directors as the founding Chairman of the Digital Health Association (DİSADER), focusing on advancing digital health in Turkey and fostering collaboration for a competitive and ethical healthcare ecosystem globally.
