Dr. Elif Pahsa graduated from Kadıköy Kenan Evren High School in 1987 and from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1994. After graduation, she worked as a Family Physician in various public institutions in Ağrı, Eskişehir, İzmir, and Istanbul. In 2005, she began to develop an interest in healthy living and nutrition after receiving training in Medical Aesthetic procedures.

In 2008, she transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, gaining valuable insights and experience in the sector. Since 2015, she has focused on disease prevention, healthy living, and proper nutrition. In 2017, she completed her education in Phytotherapy at Medipol University.

Working with a holistic approach in medicine, Dr. Pahsa conducts research on disease prevention, the contribution of proper nutrition to health, treatment of root causes in chronic diseases, the importance of dietary supplements, phytotherapy practices, and healthy aging. She is the author of the book "The Key Mineral of Life: Magnesium" and currently serves as the General Manager of TAB Pharmaceuticals.
