Çoruhlu, completed their secondary education in Izmir. In 1994, they graduated from Istanbul Medical School. After graduating from Istanbul Medical School, they completed their specialization in clinical biochemistry at Sisli Etfal Hospital and also attended the biomedical engineering master's program at Bogazici University for 2 years.

In 2000, they started working as a clinical biochemist at the American Hospital and later continued their career as the laboratory manager at Intermed Polyclinic. During this period, they developed preventive medicine concepts and prepared check-up programs in line with these concepts. They were one of the first doctors to implement advanced anti-aging approaches such as antioxidants, food sensitivity, personalized hormone, and genetic tests. They also conducted extensive seminars for pharmacists and doctors on the use of vitamin and mineral supplements.

Dr. Çoruhlu has authored 5 books in which she extensively explains the principles of alkaline nutrition for healthy weight control and a disease-free life. Her books bear the titles "Alkaline Diet," "Nine But Hungry," "Quantum Nutrition," "Circadian Nutrition," and "Every Aspect of Immunity."

Dr. Çoruhlu sees patients at her private practice and also conducts alkaline living seminars for corporate companies and various healthy living organizations.
