Biography


Born in 1983 in Izmir, Didem Molay Sevin completed her double major in Marketing and Finance at Syracuse University in New York in 2005. She began her marketing career at Ülker Çikolata in 2007 as a product manager assistant. Later in 2010, she joined Unilever as a product manager assistant for Magnum. In 2012, she took on the role of Signal product manager. She briefly paused her corporate career to work as the Marketing Manager at the family company, Mopak. She returned to the corporate world in 2013, working at Diageo/Mey İçki for seven years in various roles. During her time there, she served as the Group Product Manager for the Premium High-Alcohol product group, Group Product Manager for both the low and premium segments of the Raki group, and Global Marketing Manager. In her most recent role, she was responsible for the marketing of all brands in the Raki category in Germany, the UK, the US, and Cyprus. After seven years in the alcohol industry, she briefly worked on creating marketing strategies and positioning a new brand in the nut sector, launching previously unpackaged products on the market with the slogan "Nut 4.0." Finally, in May 2022, she returned to Unilever as the Marketing Leader for Unilever Food Solutions' out-of-home consumption brand in Turkey. Her responsibility involves understanding the needs of chefs and business owners, developing unique product portfolios, preparing marketing activities tailored to business needs, and designing an end-to-end digital marketing journey for the brand, whose target audience consists of chefs and business owners.
