After graduating from Marmara University's Faculty of Communication, Başak Dizer Tatlıtuğ went to London in the same year. She received fashion design training at the London College of Fashion and Central St. Martins. She then returned to Turkey and worked as a designer at Vakko and later at Bilsar Tekstil. Continuing her career in the field of styling, Başak Dizer Tatlıtuğ, along with her partner Deniz Marşan, founded ROOM Styling Showroom in 2013, providing textile brand consultancy services. For 10 years, she also wrote fashion-related columns in Sabah and Hürriyet newspapers. Başak Dizer Tatlıtuğ provides styling and design consultancy for TV series, advertisements, red carpet events, campaigns, and cinema films. Recently, she launched an e-commerce website called "Bi Kutu Kombin" as a new brand through a startup partnership.
