Barış Aldanmaz has been a business leader with in-depth experience in various sectors for more than a decade. He started his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Co., continued as a Private Equity Investor at Türkven Private Equity, and currently manages the Türkiye operations of TikTok/ByteDance.

Aldanmaz, who took on the task of establishing TikTok’s Türkiye business and team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, also manages the company’s revenue and operations. In particular, he managed the successful public offerings of Domino’s Pizza Türkiye and DP Eurasia on the London Stock Exchange. He also served as a board observer in Türkiye’s leading companies such as FLO Retailing and MNG Kargo.

Barış Aldanmaz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business. His professional competencies include problem solving, strategic planning and development of partnerships.
