Barış Aldanmaz graduated with honors in Finance and Management from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He began his career as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company's Istanbul office, and later worked as an investor at Turkven Private Equity, one of Turkey's leading private equity funds.

At Turkven, Aldanmaz served as a Board Observer for Domino's Pizza, Flo, and MNG Kargo, overseeing MNG Kargo's acquisition and managing Domino's Pizza's initial public offerings on the London Stock Exchange.

Having spent two and a half years at TikTok, Aldanmaz currently serves as the Partnership Manager for TikTok Turkey.
