His professional journey began with Domino's Pizza. He played an active role in establishing Domino's Pizza in Türkiye in 1996. In 2002, Aslan Saranga introduced the Wagamama brand to Türkiye. In 2019, under the umbrella of Pizza Restaurants Inc., he founded Coffy, a digital coffee brand that operates with a unique local and flat-rate pricing system in Türkiye . Established with one hundred percent local capital, Coffy aims to become a global leader among Turkish brands and has expanded to 59 branches since its inception.
