Yonca Kunacav was born in 1983 in Istanbul and grew up in Tekirdag. She moved back to Istanbul to study at Bilgi University Department of International Relations. She got married in 2012, and had her daughter Lila in 2014 and her son Yaman in 2016. She began posting on social media and became a "blogger mom."
