Prof. Dr. Bilcin Tak Meydan was born in Bursa. She got her undergraduate and graduate degrees on business administration . She gave  her PhD in Management and Organization Theory. She became an associate professor in 2003 after completing her study on corporate social responsibility and stakeholder management . She has led the projects of many corporations in measuring perceived social performance and corporate image. She has published many studies on corporate social responsibility, stakeholder analysis, person-organization fit, organizational and professional commitment and identity. She is still a professor at the Uludag University Faculty of  Economics and Administrative Sciences. She gives lectures on corporate social responsibility, diversity management and organization theory at undergraduate, graduate and doctoral level. She is member of Academy of Management.
