Born on 25.10.1990 in Pancevo/Serbia, Milena started playing volleyball at Sumadija AV Belgrad Team when she was 12. Having signed her first professional contracy with Dinamo Pancevo in 2007, she played for this team for 3 years. Having been transferred to France's RC Cannes Team as of the season 2010-2011, the successful midfielder made her real breakthrough in this team. Having succeeded to become the indispensable player of the team for 4 years, Rasic won 4 league and cup championships in a row thereat. Having won the bronze medal in 2010, and the silver medal in 2012 at European Champions League with the same team, the player was then transferred to Vakıfbank before the 2014-2015 season. With 193 cm of height, the player also has spiking height of 312 cm, and blocking height of 293 cm.
