Melih Gürel was born in Ankara and continued his education in Italy. After his education, he improved himself on the subjects of entrepreneurship and social projects, writing and coordinating projects for various national and international organizations. He is the founding coordinator of 4 different incubation and acceleration centers including WayTurkey, Workincubation, Guild Entrepreneurship Center and AdTech Istanbul.
