Graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Business Administration. Studied Marketing in UC Berkeley. Worked at A.B. Beebe Food Export/Import Company in San Francisco. Started her advertising career in Leo Burnett. One year later, moved to Young & Rubicam as an account executive. Worked in Young & Rubicam for almost 14 years and became the Vice President. She has been the CEO of Leo Burnett since March 2013. She is also the president of Advertising Foundation of Turkey.
