Alper works as Director at Deloitte Consulting. He has +12 years of experience, delivering Corporate Strategy and Restructuring Services in regulated industries. His experience includes complex project/program management, process and organizational design, digital transformation, analytical modelling, legislation drafting and market design. He is an active member of YASED and TÜSİAD working groups, providing insights regarding regulatory developments, market conditions and key trends. He has authored various industry specific reports and white papers.

He has been leading blockchain initiatives in Turkey and worked on establishment of Blockchain Turkey Platform. He has managed various technology and innovation projects ranging from forecasting and optimization, data analytics, development of custom risk management solutions to market management and trading systems.

Alper holds M.S and B.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU)
