32 years in Siemens, Turkey; He served as General Manager of Siemens Business Solutions for a period of time after he worked as director in the departments of Health, Human Resources, IT Solutions and Services, Corporate Technologies, Supply Chain Management, Cities, Industry and Digital Factories. Following his duties as an Executive Committee Member and Assistant General Manager, later he established ION Academy in October 2017. He works as a mentor / coach and trainer. He was born in Koçarlı/Aydın in 1957. After graduating from Tarsus American College and ITU Faculty of Electronics, he graduated from Vienna Technical University as second university with master degree. Simultaneously, he worked as an assistant at the same university for 5 years. He is the founding chairman of Association for Digitization and Industry 4.0, founding chairman of TÜSİAD Industry 4.0 Working Group, and founding president of Ethics and Reputation Society.
