Matteo Rinaldi is a Partner and Regional Director for Garrison Group. He has been involved in consulting projects for Danone, Efes, Carlsberg, Ikea, Sanofi, Visa, Revlon, Aksigorta and many others. Lately, Matteo has been working with several Sports Clubs in Italy, Brazil and South Africa developing a unique methodology to transform sports clubs in lifestyle icons.
Matteo is also a Visiting professor in one of the best business school in Italy (LUISS Guido Carli) and has also done several guest lectures, from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, (US Ivy League), to several universities in Italy (BS Sole24Ore as well as LIUC), Plymouth State University in the USA, Kadir Has University in Istanbul, Turkey.
He is a published author of numerous articles in Turkey and Romania, he contributes to writing several marketing books and is now working on his own one. He has worked in more than twelve markets, including also Turkey, were he lived for more than a year, and he is currently focused on expanding the consulting business in the African market and in South America. Before joining the consulting industry, he worked for the marketing team of L’Oreal as well as for the sales team of Coca-Cola Italy.
