Asude Altıntaş Güray, is currently the president of YGA, a civil society organization established in Turkey to raise future leaders. She was born in Bursa. Studied Business Management in ODTÜ. Has taken part in social responsibility projects in Europe and India as a volunteer. Had her internship in Coca-Cola. Was chosen into YGA in 2009 from among 50 thousand people. After Graduation, took acceptance into Stanford University’s Social Entrepreneurship program. Described YGA and its’ social innovations as worlds one of the finest examples to representatives of 150 countries at United Nations New York.
YGA’s leadership and innovation culture was published at Harvard Business Review and Berkeley as case study. The visually-impaired technologies they have implemented with their team have received more than 10 awards worldwide. They’ve been developing innovations to raise self-confident young people with a scientific perspective for the last 3 years. They produced Twin Science Kit to make children love science in 2016. Prepared and presented the program ”Know & Experiment” on CNNTürk in 2017. Upon heavy demand from the teachers, they launched the ”Science Mobilization” to bring science kits to all schools in need. Within the scope of the protocol signed with the Ministry of National Education, they aim to bring together 2 million students with science.
